Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Totally Not AI Games (the "Service"), a free browser-based party-game platform operated by HAWC Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The service

One device hosts a game room on a shared screen; other players join from their phone browsers and play together. The Service is provided free of charge and may display advertising.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt games, rooms, or the servers (flooding, exploiting bugs, automated abuse).
Don't use display names that are hateful, harassing, or impersonate others. Hosts can remove any player from their room.
Don't use the Service to violate any law.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Rooms are ephemeral: games, scores, and names are not saved once a room closes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The Service's code, artwork, and branding belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute the Service except as permitted by the license of any published source code.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
